IDS offers several syringe-based
dispensing options
(choose
from links at left or click on pictures below). We supply air powered and air free dispensers and a
variety of dispensing
valves and
valve controllers for dispensing single component
materials or for two component resin dispensers,

Pneumatic
dispensers (Analog or Digital) deliver a
measured amount of air pressure, for a measured amount
of time, to a pre-filled
syringe barrel. This controlled shot of air pressure forces
material out of the delivery end of a disposable
syringe barrel, through a
dispensing tip and
on
to the surface of your substrate.
Please note:
Our positive
displacement and auger valves are more accurate than air free syringe
stepper dispensers and very similar to a front closing valve. While an air
free dispenser has its advantages, for exactness and repeatability, it is
impossible to top the performance of an IDS
