The Benchtop Pail Dispenser (shown, left) pump extrudes high viscosity material directly from a pre-filled can. Suitable for automatic and semi-automatic controlled dispensing applications which require a constant supply of quality, air-free material.

Automatic and semi-automatic Pail Dispenser extrudes material under pressure directly from a bulk source.

The extruder pump bodies are fitted with a wiper-plate that seals and follows the material as the level drops to wipe the can, eliminating waste. The fluid is pressure-fed by reinforced hoses to a valve, which is either mounted to a robot, operator-held with a gun holder or can be mounted to a lab stand.
 

The valve is actuated by a valve controller. Valve is not included with the Benchtop Pail Dispenser. We also carry dispensers for drum or pail dispensing (see below) and cartridge dispensers range from manual to semi-automated workstations.

IDS pail pump kits come with all of the necessary hoses, fittings and connectors to get the job right and to get you up and running immediately. The systems are available in a range of pump ratios for materials that medium to thick. If your material is very thin, we might recommend a pressure pot and a valve system.
