Dispensing Cyanoacrylate, a variety of equipment is available
for dispensing these materials. If you are using a Cyanoacrylate
or anaerobic adhesives, proceed
with caution! Generally speaking, CA can
be dispensed with pinch tube valves,
manual or
automatic diaphragm valves for
robotic or semi-automatic dispensing.
Always use
genuine Teflon tips and specially
constructed pressure chambers.

The
Automatic Manual Diaphragm valve
(shown left) is
ideal for dispensing low to medium
viscosity fluids in a safe, ergonomic, hand held
operation.
It is
used with a
valve
controller for activation by foot pedal.
Perfect for semi-automation of operator
assisted dot,
bead, and potting applications...more |

Manually Operated
Diaphragm Valve is ideal for CA and other low
to medium viscosity fluids, in operator applied manual operations only. For applications
with a controller, choose the AMD
valve, above.
Holding the lever down on the MOD wand will apply material, a simple lift of the finger from
the lever
(shown left) will cause the diaphragm to close.
