BiPack Cartridge is used to
dispense
2-component adhesives from
50ML,
200ML and
400ML
cartridge guns.
A
system typically consists of a hand-held
pneumatic (left) or manual gun,
a dual cartridge (which
is comprised of a variety of different types of stoppers, plugs and shims) and a motionless mixer.
Adhesive manufacturers will suggest the right mixer by
specifying the number of elements and length of the mixer you need. |

The mixer type is determined
by the size and ratio of the cartridge.
If your adhesive supplier does not
offer packaging, or if you have already purchased material in bulk, let
IDS
Quote
you on your packaging needs.
In addition to cartridge guns,
we carry a complete line of mixers, but due to the complexity of correct
packaging, we do not sell empty cartridges in bulk and we do not recommend
do-it-yourself
packaging.
IDS will be happy to acquire your materials in bulk and
supply them to you, ready to use, with the BiPack systems shown below. Simply
fill out the Dual
Component Worksheet.
Convenience and ease of use is available in
prepackaged (no empty cartridges sold) cartridges or
Universal
Cartridges, for use in a standard cartridge gun.
