prevent drips and provides a very comfortable hand grip. For low
to medium volume applications, re-work, repair or remote areas. Run small lines,
dots or potting. The guns, in a variety of sizes, use IntelliSpense
syringes,
needles and
tips, sold separately.
If you do not have a pre-filled syringe,
let IDS
quote you on pre-filling
your materials
or fill your empty syringe (F) from the back
or from the tip, using a
syringe filling
system. Insert stopper (G) and make sure any air is expelled. Follow
directions above. For
best results, order
taper tips
for dispensing the material and for the syringe, use
tip caps and end caps for storage, shipping.

Luer Slip and Luer Lock Syringes have
5/32“ OD and 1/8“ ID nipples.
Syringe volumes;
1 cc is equivalent to 1 ml. 1 teaspoonful
is equivalent to 5 ml (or 5cc). 3 teaspoonfuls are equivalent to 1 tablespoonful. 1 tablespoonful is equivalent
to 15 ml (or 15cc). 1 ounce is equivalent to 30 ml (or 30cc).
